HOW TO GIVE YOUR GIFT CARD / CERTIFICATE
After you purchase online, you will receive a printable digital gift certificate via email for the amount you purchased. You can then print this and gift it to your recipient. Or you can forward the email along to your recipient. Gift certificate is good towards physical goods in our retail store, or services in the form of tours or VIP custom charters. 

TO REDEEM
To redeem a gift certificate to be used towards the cost of a TOUR, please call our reservations department at 808-969-7392. To use your gift certificate towards a custom CHARTER FLIGHT, call our charters department at 808-896-3336. To use the certificate in person for merchandise at any of our PHYSICAL RETAIL STORES, present your printed certificate or show it on your phone to a customer service agent. We are under construction regarding our ability to redeem in our ONLINE RETAIL STORE, so if you wish to use it in that capacity please call us to process via phone at 808-326-2923.

Please note that this is a digital, printable gift certificate. You will not receive a physical gift card unless you purchase it in-person at our Kona base.
